Hey all, this is my inagural post here..so far love the game and have really fell into the dervish class.
I have made several builds and a few of them have been succesful, but nothing has worked better than the one i will describe for you here. I am looking to augment it even more by utilizing a rt weapon buff..please be easy on the acronyms as i am a little noobish as to the shorts for many of the powers.
1. Crippling sweep
2. Victorious Sweep*
3. Lyssa's Assault**(sub Wielders Strike)
4. Reapers sweep [Elite]***(sub any RT weapon buff)
5. Heart of Fury****(possibly sub any enchantment) [edit: Ebon dust aura would be my choice here...since i use earth weap]
6. Mystic Regeneration
7. Watchful Intervention
8. Faithful Intervention
This build is a "scrapper build" I use my normal attacks plus my crip sweep to drop enemies, survivablility with the two interventions + mystic regen and heart of fury makes me quite difficult to slay, often times in RA i am always the last one standing and have managed to win 3 v 1 scenarios as long as i dont get stacked with enough hexes to drop mystic to negative (12 blips are hard to overcome especially with heals at 50% and 25% life which i can reapply quite quickly).
* Vic sweep is great, but meh i could change it out...any suggestions here would be helpful. Im not reliant on the heal, my banked intervention heals are typically more than enough (+ the 12 blips of regen) as long as i re apply them if they proc/drop.
** I have used Lyssa's assault, the +10 eng makes it basically a free attack followed by my elite attack which adds deepened wounds makes a nice combo. Can be interchanged easy
***elite attack here, just so i can apply deep wounds..really not to reliant on this either as by that time they are -50% health they are going to die anyways as they limp sadly away.
****just to speed up my regular attacks, though i will not put anything here BUT an enchantment...i enjoy the 12 blips of health regen from 4 active enchantments and monitor and reapply if they get dispeled or time runs out...i have been purged of enchantments a few times and only died from it once as i am quite quick at reapplying them.
With what i listed i am very very succesful and will revert back to it im sure when i feel the need as its a saved template now
What im looking to do? replace 3 and 4 with RT skills..I want 4 to be a weapon buff and 3 to be wielders strike as it gives a nice unblockable attack max 51 with a 51 proc if i am under the weapon buff.
known vulns? well getting slammed by hex spells sucks..though i have fought many a N or M that can barely beat out my +12 blips (and since i prioritize them i usually survive just fine as i cut them to shreds)...now if they are REAL smart they can remove ench and add degen...which would end me, but i have yet to run into anyone that does (though eventually i will)
skill points...Scythe mastery is maxed with a pretty even distribution between earth and mysticism..i have yet to put any major runes on my armor. And with a weapon buff can see myself being fine dropping scythe a few points (to put into RT Channeling) and readjusting them with a major rune as i have 584 hp...hp isnt to much of an issue if i lose the 35 from major rune as my regen rate is INSANE.
